Ever since I can remember, I’ve been captivated by the world of voice over. Born in Pittsburgh before moving to Florida, I was often immersed in the magic of radio broadcasts. This passion followed me all the way to the University of Central Florida (UCF), where I joined the student radio station and majored in Radio & Television Production.
Life after college presented me with a choice: work for minimum wage at a radio station or take a well-paying job editing math textbooks for elementary school students. I went for the money, but after a few years in textbook publishing, I knew it was time to chase my dreams. So, I moved to South Florida and embarked on a radio career that blossomed from part-time play-by-play announcer for high school football games into a fulfilling 10-year journey as a news and sports director and morning show host.
When it was time for a new challenge, I left radio to take over a live trivia entertainment company, which—thanks to the pandemic—unexpectedly led me to become a project manager for a digital marketing company. The silver lining? I gained invaluable skills that I now apply to my voice over business, which I’ve been nurturing since 2019.
